No. All engagements are conducted on a retained basis to ensure focus, discretion, and a structured search process.
We limit the number of active engagements to maintain depth, precision, and execution quality.
Clients work directly with senior advisors from start to finish. Execution is not delegated to junior teams.
What is your placement fee structure?
We offer a flat 30% placement fee per successful hire, based on total annual compensation.
The fee covers the full search process, including market mapping, sourcing, evaluation, and final-stage advisory.

Our retained partnership model is structured as 35% of annual base salary, paid in three installments:

 

  • 10% at commencement
  • 10% at mid-point
  • 15% upon completion
Payment timelines are defined in the engagement agreement and align with the selected fee structure.
